For straight cuts, you can conveniently place your order on our website, and in most cases, your acrylic will be ready for shipping or pickup on the same day, ensuring your project moves swiftly and accurately. For inquiries about irregular shapes, please visit our Custom Acrylic Fabrication page for more information. Lead time on irregular shapes can vary dependent on the scope of the project.

At T&T Plastic Land, the custom fabrication process is straightforward. To get started, simply email us, or visit our Custom Fabrication page and provide a drawing or sketch with your project’s specifications. We don’t need a technical drawing; just include as much detail as possible.

Once we receive your request, our dedicated team will promptly review it and provide you with a quote, usually on the same day. If you’re ready to proceed, all we need is your payment to kickstart the project and turn your vision into reality.

To ensure a smooth process for providing a quote and completing your project, we require a vector file. Accepted file formats include EPS, Adobe Illustrator AI, PDF, or CorelDraw CDR. Additionally, it’s preferable for all artwork to be provided at a 1:1 Scale to ensure accurate results.
