Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with T&T Plastic Land. We strive to provide high-quality acrylic sheeting to our customers. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Eligible Items for Return:

1. Standard Sheet Sizes (48" x 96", 60" x 96", 72" x 96", and 48" x 120"):

· Eligible for return if the sheets have not been altered or damaged in any way.

· Protective papering must be intact.

· A 20% restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns of standard size sheet sizes.

2. Accessories and Tools:

· Eligible for return if in their original packaging and undamaged.

Ineligible Items for Return:

1. Cut-to-Order Sizes:

· Standard sizes 6" x 12", 12" x 12", 12" x 18", 12" x 24", 18" x 24", 24" x 24", 18" x 32", 24" x 36", and 24" x 48"

· Custom cut-to-size pieces

· Circles

2. Made-to-Order Items:

· Display Cases

· Blocks

Damaged Items:

1. If any item is damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving it.

2. We may ask you to send pictures of the damaged product for assessment.

3. In some cases, we may request you to return the damaged product for further inspection.

4. If the item was damaged during shipping, we will offer you a refund or replacement.

Return Conditions:

1. All eligible items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.

2. Items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging materials.

Return Process: 1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@ttplasticland.com or (212) 925-6376 within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

Refund/Exchange:

1. Once the returned items are inspected and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange, as per your preference.

2. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Note:

· Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

· Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
