How to Measure Your Display Case
Measure the maximum length, width and height of the item you plan to display. We recommend adding clearance around the object so it does not touch the acrylic walls or top.
You may order your case using either interior or exterior dimensions:
- Choose interior dimensions when the usable space inside the case must match the measurements entered.
- Choose exterior dimensions when the finished outside size must fit on a particular shelf, table, pedestal or display surface.
Please verify your measurements carefully before ordering. Every case is custom fabricated according to the dimensions submitted.
UV Protection Information
UV-protective acrylic helps reduce exposure to ultraviolet light, but no transparent display material can guarantee that an object will never fade or deteriorate. Direct sunlight, visible light, heat and humidity can also affect sensitive items.
For the best protection, avoid placing valuable or light-sensitive objects in direct sunlight. Museums, galleries and owners of highly valuable objects should also consider appropriate lighting, temperature and humidity controls.
Production and Shipping
Every UV-protective acrylic display case is made to order. Production generally takes approximately 5–10 business days, although lead times may vary depending on the case size, order quantity and our current workload.
Shipping availability is determined by the finished dimensions. Oversized display cases may require freight shipping, local delivery or store pickup instead of standard UPS service. Please contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline or questions about delivery.
Cleaning and Care
Use a soft microfiber cloth with an acrylic-safe cleaner or mild soap and water. Do not use ammonia-based glass cleaners, abrasive chemicals, paper towels or rough cleaning pads, as these may scratch or damage the acrylic surface.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping + Returns:
Sheets up to 36" x 48" can be shipped via UPS Ground. Anything larger than 36” x 48” must be picked up in-store.
Most items are in-stock and will ship within 1-2 business days. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Business days do not include weekends. We will let you know if any items are out of stock or if there are any other issues that might delay your order.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when you chose your shipping method.
Shipment Tracking:
UPS Ground shipment will generally take 1-7 Days. Once your items have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which contains a link to track the shipping progress of your order.
International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping.
Local Pick-Up:
If you’re located in the NYC area, you may find it easier to pick up your order at our Manhattan location. When you are in the shopping cart please select In-Store Pickup. Orders for accessories, tools and pre-cut acrylic pieces will be ready same day for pick up if the order is placed before 4:00 pm.

What is the difference between cast and extruded acrylic?
Most acrylic sheet is manufactured by either extrusion or cell casting. The benefits to cell casting are small minimums and a higher molecular weight. This results in a slightly better chemical resistance, heat resistance and clarity. The disadvantages to cell cast is that thickness tolerance within a sheet can vary. Extruded sheets offer the user less fluctuation in thickness across sheet.

What is the working temperature of acrylic?
Acrylic can be used at temperatures from -30 degrees up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. At 190 degrees Fahrenheit acrylic will start to soften or lose its physical properties.
What thicknesses of acrylic do you carry?
We carry 1/16”, 1/8”, 3/16”, ¼”, 3/8”, ½”, ¾”, 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 2” and 3” thick acrylic.
What size sheets of acrylic do you carry?
A standard size sheet is 4’ x 8’. Dependent upon the color and thickness of acrylic we also carry 5’ x 8’, 6’ x 8’ and 4’ x 10’ sheet sizes.
