Acrylic Floating Frame Wall Mount 24"x36" | Standard or UV Acrylic

The 24"x36" format is the largest in this collection and one of the most recognized sizes in large format printing. Standard movie poster size. A classic for large landscape photography. A go-to for corporate and commercial graphics that need to read from across a room. Photos, prints, posters, artwork, and anything else up to 24"x36" get a clean, frameless display between two 27"x39" clear acrylic panels, secured by six standoffs in Gold, Rose Gold, Black, or Silver. Hang it portrait or landscape — either way, a frame this size commands real wall space and keeps every bit of the attention on what is inside it.

Ideal Use Cases
  • Photos: The 24"x36" format gives large format photography prints the wall presence they deserve. UV filtering acrylic is a natural choice here — it blocks UV rays to slow the color fading that photographic prints experience over time, keeping the image looking the way it did when it came off the printer.
  • Prints: Art prints and giclée reproductions at 24"x36" are among the largest standard print sizes available, and the clean frameless presentation puts all the visual weight on the print itself. The 1.5" clear border on all four sides gives even complex compositions room to settle before they meet the wall.
  • Posters: The 24"x36" format is the standard "one sheet" poster size, used for everything from movie posters to concert art to fine art poster prints. Standard acrylic is a practical choice for poster applications, and all six standoff caps unscrew by hand for fast content changes with no tools on site.
  • Artwork: Original paintings and mixed media pieces at up to 24"x36" sit securely between the two acrylic panels. UV filtering acrylic is worth choosing for original work since color shift on a piece that cannot be reprinted is permanent — and the protection is especially valuable at this prominent display size.
  • Landscape photography: Wide format landscape photography at 24"x36" in landscape orientation is one of the most compelling uses for this frame. The 27"x39" panel gives a panoramic composition a clean, unobstructed display surface, and UV filtering acrylic protects the tonal range of fine photography prints from gradual UV exposure over time.
  • Corporate and commercial graphics: Large format brand graphics, environmental displays, and corporate signage at 24"x36" are a natural fit for the clean, modern look this frame provides. Four finish options allow the hardware to complement rather than compete with a brand aesthetic, and the tool free standoff system makes refreshing display content between campaigns or seasons fast and practical.

Choosing Your Front Panel

Standard Acrylic is the right call for posters, commercial graphics, and display content that will be rotated or reprinted on a regular basis. Clear, durable, and practical for any application where preservation over the long term is not the priority.

UV-Filtering Acrylic blocks UV rays to slow color fading on photographs, fine art prints, and original artwork. For a 24"x36" frame displaying something that matters — a significant print, original art, or large format photography — UV filtering acrylic is a straightforward investment in how well it holds up over the years it will spend on the wall.

Six standoffs, four finish options, standard or UV filtering acrylic, and a 27"x39" frameless display that works portrait or landscape in spaces as varied as a home gallery, a corporate lobby, and a commercial retail floor.

Acrylic FAQs

Please read our frequently asked questions to find out more.

What is the difference between cast and extruded acrylic?

Most acrylic sheet is manufactured by either extrusion or cell casting.  The benefits to cell casting are small minimums and a higher molecular weight.  This results in a slightly better chemical resistance, heat resistance and clarity.  The disadvantages to cell cast is that thickness tolerance within a sheet can vary. Extruded sheets offer the user less fluctuation in thickness across sheet.

What is the weight of acrylic per square foot?
