Acrylic Floating Frame Wall Mount 20"x24" | Standard or UV Acrylic

The 20"x24" format is one of the largest standard print sizes, and this frame gives it a clean, frameless home on any wall. Photos, prints, original artwork, posters, and anything else up to 20"x24" fit between two 23"x27" clear acrylic panels, held in place by four standoffs in Gold, Rose Gold, Black, or Silver. Hang it portrait for tall compositions or landscape for wide ones. Display it as a standalone statement piece or build it into a larger gallery wall arrangement — either way, the focus stays entirely on what is inside.

Ideal Use Cases
  • Photos: The 20"x24" format is a premium large format photo print size that gives photographic work real presence on the wall. UV filtering acrylic is worth choosing here since it blocks UV rays to slow color fading on photographic prints over time, especially in rooms that receive consistent natural light.
  • Prints: Large format art prints and giclée reproductions at 20"x24" benefit from the frameless presentation this frame provides. Nothing sits between the print surface and the viewer, and the 1.5" clear border on all four sides gives the image space to settle before it meets the wall.
  • Artwork: Original paintings, mixed media pieces, and fine art reproductions at up to 20"x24" sit flat and secure between the two acrylic panels. UV filtering acrylic is the right call for original work since fading on a one-of-a-kind piece is not something a reprint can fix.
  • Gallery walls: A 23"x27" frame is a substantial anchor for a gallery wall arrangement. Pair it with smaller frames from the same collection, choose a consistent standoff finish across all the pieces, and the wall reads as intentional rather than assembled over time.
  • Posters: The 20"x24" format is a large standard poster size and a natural fit for this frame. Standard acrylic works well for most poster applications, and the tool free standoff hardware makes swapping out seasonal or rotating content easy without any tools on site.

Choosing Your Front Panel

Standard Acrylic is a great fit for posters, prints, and artwork displayed in rooms without direct sun exposure. Clear, durable, and the more straightforward option when the priority is the look of the display rather than long-term preservation of the piece inside.

UV-Filtering Acrylic blocks UV rays to slow color fading on photographs, fine art prints, and original artwork. At this size, the pieces going in a 20"x24" frame tend to be ones that matter — and UV filtering acrylic is a simple, affordable way to make sure they still look right years from now.

Pick a finish from Gold, Rose Gold, Black, or Silver, choose the panel that fits the space and the piece, and hang it portrait or landscape for a large format frameless display that works as a standalone or as the anchor of a gallery wall.

Acrylic FAQs

Please read our frequently asked questions to find out more.

What is the difference between cast and extruded acrylic?

Most acrylic sheet is manufactured by either extrusion or cell casting.  The benefits to cell casting are small minimums and a higher molecular weight.  This results in a slightly better chemical resistance, heat resistance and clarity.  The disadvantages to cell cast is that thickness tolerance within a sheet can vary. Extruded sheets offer the user less fluctuation in thickness across sheet.

What is the weight of acrylic per square foot?
